Christian Holiness Partnership Basic History The Christian Holiness Partnership was founded in 1867 as the National Camp Meeting Association for the Promotion of Holiness. The primary purpose of this organization was incorporated in its name, the promotion of holiness through camp meetings. Today, there are still more than 2,000 holiness camp meetings operating in America. It is to this root organization that several member denominations, organizations and other fellowships trace their beginnings. With the rise of these holiness denominations, the parent organization became known as the National Holiness Association. To more effectively communicate both the structure and purpose of the organization as it now stands, a new name was adopted at the 1997 annual business meeting - the "Christian Holiness Partnership."
Basic Beliefs The purpose of the Partnership is to collectively pursue, promote, and proclaim the message of Scriptural Holiness, mostly through camp meetings. Its intention is to celebrate the worldwide blessings of God upon their partnering, noting especially the multiple victories of its many Spirit-anointed ministries. Through this Partnership, they seek a closer fellowship among all denominations, religious organizations and associations, educational institutions, individual churches and persons who are in one accord with the Statement of Faith of the Partnership and the historic Wesleyan position on Scriptural Holiness.
Leadership Executive Director -Dr. Marlin Hotle. He presently serves as the editor of the Holiness Digest and as the District Superintendent of the Tennessee District of The Wesleyan Church.
